BOL Kundalini Yoga is an extension of the medical support we provide our patients, primarly offered to assist each and every patient to over come any medical concerns they mgiht have. Part of the Breath of Life Philosophy is that every patient is encouraged to take responsibility for their own physical and spiritual maintenance and well being. To be self sufficient through being equipped with powerful effective practise which are in essence tools that promote self development. BOL has been offering Kundalini Yoga Classes for over three years, with great success. Bring like-minded people together, creating a healing nurturing space for growth and transformation.

What is Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini means "the curl of the lock of hair" which is a metaphor to divine energy within all of us. It can be akin at some level to the primary creative force in the universe. It normally lies dormant at the base of the spine, The great yogis of ancient india, understood this energy and it's enormous potential for enhancing daily life. They developed practises to safely access this energy through daily yoga practise. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi bhajan, systematically strengthens our nervous system to be able to access this energy for conscious healthy living.


What is Kundalini Energy
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Its aim is to help elevate your consciousness to live a happy more fulfilled life.  I feel that kundalini yoga is one of the most effective systems to obtain personal transformation and overall wellbeing.
